I come to your house or premises, and using Multi-Function Testers, Earth Leakage Testers, Continuity Testers, and a good serving of old-fashioned detective work, I can work out the problem, and either put it right if possible straight away, or quote for Remedial Works.
I charge £75 for the call out plus 1st hour onsite, then just £40 per hour thereafter. Parts are charged separately, and I’ll agree all charges with you before completing any work.
After any fault-fixing works are complete, I’ll issue a certificate for the work I’ve completed. If the fix warrants it, I’ll inform the DNO on your behalf.
